Applications are not being accepted for our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program at this time. Applications are being accepted for all bedroom sizes of our Public Housing rental units. Any one bedroom applicants for Public Housing must be those families whose head, co-head, or spouse is elderly, handicapped, or disabled. Applications for Public Housing units are accepted from families whose gross annual income is at or below 80% of the median for Nacogdoches County. Office hours for Public Housing application acceptance are 12:00 to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
